Community colleges in Michigan are usually full of working class people who genuinely can't affort college but still want an education, students who were kicked out of a university for drunking all the time and having no measurable GPA and nursing students who are so unprepared for college they have to cheat on their remedial math tests. It's probably the same everywhere.
