As a rule you should never take advice from anyone who thinks the world is overpopulated. Anyone who thinks that way will almost certainly conclude that it's not so bad if people die or become infertile or make horrible life choices & waste away reproductive years, etc. Saying the world is overpopulated, means that person is anti-human.
They always think it is other people who should die though, they never volunteer to be the sacrifice themselves.
I was about to write that. It is the ultimate in hubris, pride, and megalomania. All hidden under a pretext of “caring for the planet” or some such.
They’re no different to politicians who warmonger, but heaven forbid you suggest they or their children be the ones sent to the frontline..
