I don't understand this. They posted the tweet in public, but could then block some particular person from seeing it? Couldn't that person just get another account and look at it?
yes; before twitter was locked down to show tweets only when logged in, it was even easier, one could simply switch the browser to incognito mode to view the tweet anyway

I usually very much appreciate and follow the guy. He also managed to build companies and products. All the more I was surprised by that xeet.
