 I slow roast them, vac seal, and use them for pizza sauce all winter. Summer time I like to make “Neapolitan” type. In the winter my go to is Sicilian pizza which is what I grew up on. 
 Dang, I’m jealous 🥹 You’ve inspired me to grow more, I know it taste so much better 
 I always end up growing too many because I fear a bad year.
