Thoughts From “In the Dark on my Phone”:
Ive thinking about atomic networks and how to fight the negative network effects. We might actually ought to build #Nostr with our focus *entirely* on how to just get the bitcoiners.
Social networks are far stickier with community density. It’s far better to have 100 users inside a single community, than 100,000 disparate users from 42,000 different communities or all with different interests.
We need to find the “atomic network” and nurture it, not try to do everything and spend our time chasing a broad net of normal people. We need to dominate a niche (#Bitcoin and political dissidents) and the network can become sustainable. Then branching out from there is far easier and we’ve already proven it can be done.
I just listened to your Isaiah's Job episode and I think we should definitely focus on the remnant for #nostr
Inch wide, mile deep. Once a mile deep, you can spread out. 💯
Exactly. Keep the alpha/signal here, its a good edge.
Woe, orange pill be upon ye bitcoiners
bitcoiner content IS the negative network effect.
Sounds great to me. I just want firm ground that I can build upon, and with Nostr/Bitcoin I've found it.
