Monero's greatest strength was that it had gone largely unnoticed for so long. But now that it started attracting a little more attention, it turns out to still be traceable after all.

Perfectly private money is not possible. The best anyone can do is get as close to 99.9% perfectly private as possible, but there will always be ways to track someone.

Perfectly hard money is possible, though, and exists as Bitcoin. And while perfectly hard money can be made more private, very (but not perfectly) private money cannot be made to be perfectly hard.

Remember: You cannot store the same value in two different monetary protocols at the same time. So choose wisely.

We will see if Bitcoin is "perfect hard money" when mining will be done... and fees became unsustainable on L1 so using L2 which is not Bitcoin... oh sorry, it’s already happening today... but if you change the block size you change Bitcoin ant it will be BCH, what a deal 😏
