@246e513b , another tip, sell your cars. Am uber is getting to be cheaper than owning a car. And a neighborhood electric vehicle that doesn't need insurance or registration is next for me. And I just put a downpayment on a 3 wheeled electric motorcycle that should cost about $100 a year to insure.

 @246e513b Don't dismiss the 3 wheeled electric motorcycle... Give it a look. they should start production late this year. Just an option most people haven't even seen:
