It may have had residual gas, but you can check and verify that Russia first cut throughput by half in June, and then shit it off completely in August, blaming it on sanctions making it difficult to get parts, but more likely doing it to punish Germany for sanctions. Seriously, just look things up before you post. It's not hard.
