Schools of theories of money are more like theories in physics than like tribes in cultures.  

They're lenses that give a view of the thing with varying degrees of overlapping incompleteness.  We work to unite as many such lenses/schools/theories as we can to get as unified & clear a view as possible.  

It's a perpetual endeavor; there is no conceivable end state besides omniscience, and we make many missteps along the way.
