Some of my readers today noticed that I dislike modern sub-3 minute songs. My favorite newish rock band is The Warning. It's a rock band of three Mexican women. I've been a public proponent of them for over three years now. They have special potential, and keep growing. They do some Metallica covers including of those older and longer songs. Naturally, I love it: https://m.primal.net/LDLr.png https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-stoqv5W8RM&ab_channel=TheWarning
Ohh awesome, I had no idea they existed, thanks!
Yeah, The warning is great. Did their colab get you to check out Band-Maid? https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&cd=&ved=2ahUKEwjH253skeKIAxXUr4QIHdKyO5oQwqsBegQICxAF&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.youtube.com%2Fwatch%3Fv%3DLVl0mcEu1r8&usg=AOvVaw2x0O7MbswjGLmRZoXHQfzE&opi=89978449
“Eyes Set to Kill” has 2 sisters as well. The Rodriguez sisters. Local band and friends of mine. Gotta love the chick power in rock. Especially from a family perspective.
This note does not look like a meme.
First song up on Spotify… 2:37 😂 they are talented! Will definitely keep listening https://nostrcheck.me/media/c80b5248fbe8f392bc3ba45091fb4e6e2b5872387601bf90f53992366b30d720/056bd33a97c23eb0354ebf2800b7c68e7c524d63ac7aacd431e64959e3f5b4fb.webp
Call of Ktulu is one of my favorites, but it could longer. https://pandora.app.link/OuVSXMmWdNb
I used to listen to music most of the day and like many people I used to think that it helps to increase concentration while working or studying. When I reflected on my life I realized that hardship was faced after a surge in the time dedicated to listen to music (and so I’m associating music to calamities because everything in the destiny is balanced) and now I’m not listening to music voluntarily. Can you reflect and relate between listening to music and hardship in your life?
Thanks! To give back: check out the japanese stoner/prog band Ningen Isu: ( https://youtu.be/CbI79e5iZKs?si=-LIBGjadcGwGe58B
