 In some, yes. Not all though. For most I don't think it matters much, but there could be a situation where you need more funds to bump a fee. I always keep ~500k sats on my node for this purpose.

 Bump a fee to open a channel, or to force close? Because I thought 1% of the channel capacity is reserved for on-chain fees
