I eat at most twice a day, many times only once, and occasionally none. Hunger only strikes around the 30 hr mark, and even then, it’s not intense. More fat is the key I think is missed by some - it really helps with satiety.
A lot of people thing that eating fat is false, but this is absolutely wrong.
It depends on the fat and how often you eat.
Difficult to get quality animal fat while away from home, as well. Butter is easy to carry and can be added to lots of things, even coffee, and helps keep the macros balanced while traveling.
Butter in coffee sounds interesting but also weird 😁
