And American troops are already there. They have been ordered to wear civilian clothing so we have no troops there. Like "advisors" that can switch to full military by changing outfit. "No boots on the ground" claimed by America must mean they wear flipflops

Side note: The geneva convention will not protect those shot in civilian clothing. But they will find a way to make use of it to start WWIII
