@30443b74 @78831a11 @7ea6f088 yeah heard of gauss rifles getting developed. definitely amazing h/e just in its infancy. 200 fps might not do the damage one would hope but if that speed can be improved (ballistics, varying ammo types, heavier coils) then this will become something.

still, no way for a handheld rail gun yet.
