I'm giving the #fountain app a break. I'm having quite a few issues with it. 

I listen to a lot of podcasts at a high rate of speed. Ideally a player would have over 3x playback. Also the ability to boost. 

It wild be fantastic if Podcast Addict had boosting. I have used it for years and it is my favorite. I wool be using it again until I find a viable alternative. 

Hey #asknostr, any recommendations based on my standards?

 I did. It only goes up to 2.5x. That doesn't work for me.  

 to be clear, your problem is not being able to listen to people talking more than 2.5 times faster than they normally talk?

 Been trying to make an account to upload my content on fountain for months now, still no solution. 

 I use AntennaPod. It can go up to 4x playback.  

 Maybe try #castamatic. Only 2,5X but does have boosting and other features. Assuming you are on iOS.
