at a local nursing home I went in the other night and they were all wargamed up lookin like E.T. quarantine crew... nurse told me she was told they had a "covid breakout" and that THEY ARE STILL BOOSTING THE ELDERLY ... 8,9 shots by now she said.

 Important things about this case. 

It was a religious objection. She wasn't seeing patients. 

Courts seem to have held up firing Doctors and nurses who must see old patients. 

But if an employee can do their work remotely or wear mask while not in a healthcare setting and has a religious objection a accommodation must be provided.  

 I honestly do not see lawsuits as a win. No individuals are being held accountable in any manner. 

 I think the precedent of many lawsuits would be lawyers telling companies to not comply with “mandates” in the future due to being sued the fuck out of later 😱 

 Some companies did it all on their own though. My former announced it before any talk from the Biden admin about it. I mean dont get me wrong, I def get what you are saying, and maybe its my bias of going through it myself, but I dont see this as much more than window dressing. 700k from a company doing prob billions in revenue? Shit, CEO prob got that much change in couch🙃😁
