 You never actually "join" a channel such as this one. When you send a message in a NIP-28 channel, the note you're broadcasting contains your message and a reference (an e-tag to be exact) to the id of the channel.

You could also try to search for the note id: note19tfydgy5lmjgcmj9thgn6avataqmtg3nzg84wxwcr67pjdg82x2qacec06

 I see that your relay don't have the event, I find it on my relay wss://nostr.oxtr.dev though. You could try to add my relay and see if you find it then
