 #sourdough bagels, mission complete.  I made dough last night and let it double over 8 hours, it’s cooler now.  No refrigerated dough this time.

 @132d8d1b no, I do not. I’m a speed baker. I get into one thing and keep doing it.  I’d like to try a different bread now though.
