@fa0806db that sounds interesting! How chocolatey is it? Chocolate and coffee is so comforting.
@f1615ee7 It is not really chocolatey but more cacao-ish. Most cacao/cocoa they sell has been fermented and this bean is not, so its taste is less sweet than the fermented stuff. It's not like 'whoah, cacao' because it's mostly coffee, but adds a warmth and depth to it that enhances the coffee: the combination is amazingly nice! I used one (organic) bean in the coffee amount for a cup. Years ago I did this with a bit of nibs but forgot about it, With a bean it's so good though.
