@f55632d5 This is the story of the farmer that uses up 1000x more water than everybody else does, and wants us to believe that it's a good thing. After all, their excessive usage of water helps keep the flow of the river stable, and when there's a drought they are sensible enough to turn off their huge mills, and share some water from their huge tanks with their neighbors. What a great example of generosity.
