Gonna try some papple wine? Cider? this year. Anyone ever make Asian pear wine? My tree went nutso this year and I have all I need to make cider so I figured I’d give this a whirl. Juice output is disappointing. I had about 40 lbs of papples & have about 1.25 gallons of juice.
We’re throwing some blackberries in the mix - they grow next to each other, why the hell not
Never tried making it, but i'm intrigued.
It’s gonna take a minute to fully ferment out, apparently this needs to sit on its lees for a while. I would imagine I’ll have a report sometime around this time next year
