@888826fe Oh boy, small group politics. If it is a small group of reasonable people, it will be fine, establish norms & play nice & most people will, too & will let decisions be made by their merits & defer to expertise.

If you got just one crazy nutter on the board, it can be a nightmare & calls for social skills way above average. I speak from HOA board member experience.
