I am excited for a full fledged Nostr enabled social client for conferences. When I was down in Costa Rica a few weeks ago, I swam in a jungle river and talked about conference apps for an hour with a fellow attendee. He's been developing conference apps and the social experiences that comes with them for 20+ years. We talked about how important it is to make connections with fellow conference attendees, but also it's important to keep everyone connected, to continue the conversations, and to make people excited for the next conference. I mentioned Comingle and you, Terry. We need an app like this so we don't have to keep making random Telegram channels. Thank you sir. I can't wait.

💯 This is exactly the reason why I started Comingle in the first place. All the conferences I’ve been to before I discovered Nostr were dull and low-signal. Why? Because it was intimidating to meet new people, I didn’t know anyone who attended, and anyone I met very quickly became forgotten. There’s so many social connections that can be established before, during, and after a conference occurs. That’s what made Nostrica, Bitcoin Miami, and Nostrville so much fun last year for me. You were able to find out beforehand what people were interested in, who was attending, what people were doing during the conference days, keep talking or following each other after the conference is over, and make people feel good enough about the experience so that they want to come back again next year or go to other events with those same people in the future.
