@5e349cc3 Oh I'm in complete agreement with you on this Kev. I can't count the amount of times I've had to say what thing or thingy are you talking about and yes they usually respond back with using the word thing again. Drives me nuts too. Try doing tech support with responses using the words thing or thingy. 😦
