 If they curtail immunity, I hope red state AGs haul every living president into court. There is a conceivable case against each one. Without the doctrine, we will be South Korea-style who have sent most of their recent executives to jail. 

Curtailment of presidential immunity should also come with doing away with the absolute immunity of prosecutors and judges and the qualified immunity of cops.
