You may be following too many people. I follow very few and have quite good signal to noise ratio.
Of course following more people makes it harder to keep up with the good content but it would still be useful to prioritize the content by various criteria. As long as, the prioritization is transparent and customizable there should be no drawback. #nostr

Personally, all I want is a chronological feed with the newest on top and the oldest on bottom so that I can just see exactly what I have missed over the, say, 15 hours I've been away from the computer or whatever. I am very firmly of the opinion that time is the best algorithm and if you are on a Reddit style interface then top votes is useful sometimes after looking at the time one.
Just to be clear, I’m not advocating to remove an unfiltered chronological feed but it would be nice to have a few additional options.
