bugari... i love that one... the yugoslav way of saying bulgarians...

it's a funny thing but the word "buggery" is one of the few english words that actually comes from serbo/croatian, or it would have been "bulgari" like the bulgarians say... and it is because of a notorious free love christian cult that existed in bulgaria called the "bogomil"

i have to say that having lived a lot in bulgaria there is a lot of homos in sofia too

the way that serbians say bugari is always sneering and offensive, i used to get lots of jokes about it when i lived in serbia because at first i spoke serbian like a bulgarian, and many serbs thought i was bulgarian (and with my dark skin, blue eyes, dark hair, european appearance but sorta mixed)
