I am not saying that Gvt will certainly do something underhanded but, years ago engineering papers were published on how this can be abused and the same methods are known to have been used against targeted individuals in the past. Knowing our letter agencies, they'd sell their souls to get behind encryption. Simple payload to your cellular modem and you are no wiser and can't do anything about it while they can now peek behind your encryption at will. Not worth the risk
