 Does anyone recommend a camera system with the following features

1. Has a phone app

2. Can show a monitor with all camera feeds, live stream

3. Functions without internet

4. Decent ecosystem of compatible devices

I use Reolink cams with my QNAP surveillance station. There is probably a bunch of software that can function as a DVR.

Can work with or without Internet and has an app.

 @86ee8b2c zoneminder is what i use but I don't use it remotely so I'm not sure if there is app integration. 

You build it all yourself and it just works with onvif compatible devices. Its real easy

 @86ee8b2c Try TinyCam Monitor (and go with the Pro version for IP cam if it fits the bill)  It is available on Android, not sure about iPhone.  See the following  videos on youtube:

 @86ee8b2c it might have changed but my older Eufy camera can run wholly off of the phone app and the internal microsd card.
