 yes a lot stick with amethyst, primal, nostrudel, snort for now

 I'm primarily on desktop and everything was bad till I discovered primal. Amethyst on mobile is good though but I hate typing on phones.

 same - use browser based snort corale nostrudel - may be self-host server side OPTIONAL

 not really - so long u can good internet u can use any remote relay without any impact
reason someone cannot see others post / reply quickly or never is relay MISMATCH mainly - look in npubs ACTIVE relay list pick one add in urs manually in extreme case if needed.
