 Federal court of appeal judges, all appointed by Trump, have ruled that Idaho’s ER physicians can face prosecution if they perform an abortion to stabilize a patient, unless their actions qualify for the strict exception that states an abortion can be performed to “prevent the death of the pregnant woman.” The GOP is not the party of freedom. It is the party of intrusive government.

Not just women should flee these states if at all possible. Doctors should, as well.

Being a reasonable, logical person I MUST assume these judges all have medical degrees with specialties in OB/GYN, otherwise how could they determine what constitutes stabilization of a patient versus preventing the death of a woman?  

The Dobbs decision and radical far-right, unqualified, incompetent, ideologically-driven judges have made women second-class citizens and rendered their lives and decisions meaningless. 

EVERY SINGLE REPRODUCTIVE LAW is based on religious dogma, and the US is not a theocracy. 

Today is about abortion and trans care. Tomorrow will be contraception, sterilization, IVF therapy, LGBTQIA families and LGBTQIA equality. 

Get the fk*ing government out of our medical decisions!
