 Perhaps having a secondary call to action for “preview” along with a “post” action could do the job for those who seek it but doesn’t get in the way for those who don’t?

 Or wen implemented show it when taping "post" and given a option like "show every time/never" and let it be set in the options 

 Long press post button to show preview. 

 Amethyst's drafts are a similar workflow

 Nostr notes are immutable after send. Best you could do is create an edit note but not all clients would see that.
