I've been gradually introducing ground sleeping these past two nights. I can't make it the whole night, so I just move back to my bed. I'll keep it up until I can sleep on the ground all night.
Ok, Im curious. Any particular reason?
I came across this thread and decided to try it out. nostr:nevent1qqsqqxzf4scszxcwuh4g3aj3q4j86d7gqsw7h2hhwp5gavplpwl374qpz9mhxue69uhkummnw3ezuamfdejj7q3qjfn4ghffz7uq7urllk6y4rle0yvz26800w4qfmn4dv0sr48rdz9qxpqqqqqqz8y8uv4
Jacked up back then? If so, yea it can help a lot. Not easy as you seem be aware of, but definitely can loosen up tight spots
I've been doing the same thing. Got an unknown amount of ground time the first night and about 4 hours last night. I do not feel rested 😂
In the long run, I don't know if it'll become my nightly driver, so to speak. But if I can sleep on the ground as easily as in a bed, it's worthwhile. And if it does help my posture and stuff, even better.
Yeah same thought. No need to get addicted to comfort
But why?
Dunno I'm just trying it out to see if it's worth doing. It's mildly in the same direction as my goal to be able to sit on the floor and meditate for longer, and it's a good skill to have cause then I can sleep anywhere.
