**Construction material exchange point opens in Latvia**

As of Wednesday, October 4, the first exchange point of construction debris, construction materials, and tools has been opened in Latvia in Stopiņi Parish. People may hand over, free of charge, the unneeded remaining construction items, as well as take what is necessary, Latvian Television reported.
