Rivian's innovative zonal electrical architecture reduces wiring by 1.6 miles and weight by 44 pounds in their second-generation R1T pickup and R1S SUV. This new system offers more features, increased sensing and computing capabilities, and a 20% reduction in material costs and 15% decrease in carbon footprint compared to the previous generation.
