TIL: In 1964, the FBI sent an anon letter to Martin Luther King. The letter, referred to as the "suicide letter," urging MLK to take his own life. Imagine the progress we could have in terms of equality if the FBI hadn’t assassinated an entire generation of civil rights leaders.
