#WritersCoffeeClub How do you format scene breaks in your writing?

Like the actual on the page formatting? 

I did a little hacking in Pandoc to format them as 3 bullets in a row.  I managed to create the same effect in CSS for the online and epub versions and in LaTeX for the PDF version.
