Custom feeds based on NIP-51 npub lists?

This will be a CROSS CLIENT tool that EVERYBODY can make use of to build THEIR OWN custom interest feeds. 

Wondering what native clients ALREADY or will SOON implement NIP-51 lists for user generated custom feeds?
