Last time, he hired and fired competent people who were deemed competent and touted by him as "the best" until they refused to take the fall for his shady and illegal activities.
He then called them incompetent and attacked their character—and much worse—AFTER they would not do whatever he said to cover for him, or take the fall. Then, he replaced them with yes-men and yes-women.
We can agree to disagree, but history tends to repeat itself, especially with Trump. I remember what happened last time he was in power.
I am not here to convince you for anything. This post will serve to prove my point soon enough.
Ofcourse he will fire lots of dead wood in this term too .. in fact many departments altogether.. that exactly is the job 😃..
As far as judging competance is concerned - there is only one rule - boss decides. He appreciates people wholeheartedly when they are good .. and he drops them when they are not .. .. He works smart and hard ..and he expects no less .. I don't understand why people get fired up of changes opinions based on performance..
Btw, I have never heard anyone praising his boss once they got fired :-) ..so
In the end , he job is not to keep his team happy .. it is to serve American tax payers who fund the gov ..
