Lol. That's funny. What happens there in the "City Center" beaches, is that people go at 7am, and leave the chairs and umbrellas in first line, then go back home for breakfast etc so their spot is reserved for whatever time of day they want to go there.

This is not a thing in any of the beaches outside the cities.
