I figured I'd never get it to run on Steam Deck but, a 4090 should be fine

 They still haven't implemented DLSS on vanilla, but they already have working mods for it that make it run way smoother. 

 I'll give it a go again eventually, in the meantime I'm going to give Cyberpunk another go

The things you can spec into are Netrunner and Solo and many meme builds

 I got the Xbone version for free so I'll give that a shot. 

 It's an H1B-developed game according to the credits. Limits to outsourcing: Your game still runs like shit and looks bad even on top end hardware.
