100 days into a 30 day renovation project and I'm almost there. A little but of painting today and In The Morning, followed by a bit of time counter sinking some nails an owner or three ago pounded into the fir to quell squeaks, and I'll be ready to sand the floors this coming weekend. Then it's the Hard Wax oil treatment next week, and the baseboards and quarter round the following weekend. I'll be so glad when this is done and I'm once again taking rental cheques to the bank. 

 And I still don't get why the missus insisted on putting the crapper in the kitchen? There's so little privacy there. 😂
