Wasn't it basically confirmed over a decade ago that governments or at least some shadowy corporate body was experimenting with human animal hybrids and dumping their mistakes/failures all over the place? I almost distinctly remember Alex Jones, shocker I know, mentioning this a handful of times over the years.
