Here’s the plan:
1. Remove search from universe view, use this inline search (inspired by mail app).
2. Advanced search. Things like until:date,since:date,@author.
3. Add contextual searching to different areas like profile pages and dms. nostr:note1a80nc9vp9a3janwway74n84jd3c3ad9pgqds4max8jvmx2vdsn4szwqwd0
Is there any way your search can extend beyond Damus?
anyone who integrates nostrdb into their client could use the same search I guess. All this tech will be in notedeck and android.
If you mean remote search, this is a planned optional fallback if nothing is found locally.

Add these tinkerings made @damus super unreliable, switched to Primal.
Would be cool to allow users to writes scripts that could define a “view” or “feed” that given some criteria in the script would return notes matching the criteria. This would allow anyone to define there own “algorithms” for what they want to see in a given feed
