Diversity means bringing in people that haven't earned something into the group that earned it. In modern identity Marxism, this includes things in addition to financial wealth, such as status and intelligence.

Inclusion means taking from one that earned something, and including people that didn't earn it by giving them that thing from the one that earned it.

Marxist Equity (Equal outcome) will make everyone rich, and of it doesn't then damnit, everyone will be poor!
