 How about a more difficult push up? Then you don't need 100, do 10-20 a day with grease the groove

Try thosepushups elevated, or one arm, and you're strength will explode.  
 not looking for more difficult, lol. Trting to break the barrier of how many in one set. Struggled in the beginning to do 25, now up to 77. Kind of addicted to them at this point.

 If you're into endurance, then go for it, personally I prefer shorter, but more difficult bursts of effort, occasionally I'll max out, but high rep stuff can cause joint issues over time if not rotated with lower rep stuff, for reps search YouTube for a continuous pyramid up to 10 then back down
