It's terrible. It's one thing for people to be proud of and to want to express their own sexuality in parades etc, it's another to subject kids to this as if it is them expressing their own sexualities. No it's you using children to try to normalise making something personal and private into something public and loud.

The children don't know why they are doing this, it just makes their parents or their guardians proud. 

 I think this is not a good way to expose children at younger ages to question there sexuality or gender. It is like normalizing that you can choose your gender. There are children who feel like they are born in the wrong body, but it is a small percentage and they know that from quite a early age. A small group that wants the majority to think this is normal and if you have  critical thoughts about it you are the trans/homophobe.
I think people can and may feel whatever they feel,but when you push other people to do what you want, because otherwise you are offended that is not a good thing.
