Thoughts on Snowden:

Well... I like seeing him happy. He seems like a nice person. I enjoy his wife's art. 
He thought he was never going to have a family and a normalish life... I was like oh you're going to have a kid (to myself + other) and until then I'm going to invoke my selective amnesia and forget he exists. There were reasons. I've followed his career for a while. On and off anyway. After he had a kid he'd become somewhat of a liability - even moreso. Kids are leverage. It's just how the world works. Already knowing that he was in the same boat as Assange, I considered what might happen if he decided to stick it to Russia while he was there. 😬

 The government toyed with the idea of assassination... As they did with Assange. He only remains valuable if he plays the game right.... Wheather he likes it or not he's a player. Ofc Qanon labeled him a pawn... Almost accurate from some perspectives.

America worried that he might help the enemy even more and the enemy fears that he might still remain loyal to his place of birth.... Looks like a rock and a hard place.
