If (free) peer review for journals is really an integral part of a research academic job, where would you put it under in your appraisal review? CPD? Research activity? Communication & engagement? Other?

 @ebb107e3 I've put it in different places for different jobs at different institutions.  My current employer rates community service work higher than most places I've worked, so I put it under "service to the research community."
