 ok. i don't care about followers, but i leave to follow people who are important to me. it's indelicate for my part 

 If yiu stick to one client you wont lose followers or anyone you are following. When you start jumping client to client you gonna lose followers. Thats whatvive noticed here and ive been here for 1 year and some change  

 yeah. I did jump from client to client. 
The thing is that before I only used it on a PC, and now that I use it from my mobile phone,  I can't find a client that I like. So I use one for one thing, and another for something else. What client do you recommend for Android? 

 Im on Android and i use Amethyst with minibits wallet. Amethyst is really good.

Go to https://metadata.nostr.com and login there through your extension/nip07. You'll find people who you've unfollowed  unwillingly and lots more. Can also backup your nostr account I think there.

Not sure how to restore it though but within metadata I've restored hundreds of lost followers! Hope this helps.
